Pathways is an educational platform created by SSDP International to provide harm reduction information and support youth decision-making. It is not medical, psychological, or legal advice.

3. Who Can Use Pathways

• You must be at least 13 years old
• You must provide accurate information if creating an account
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Pathways responsibly. You may:

• Learn from scenarios and educational content
• Participate respectfully in community discussions
• Share your experiences to help others

5. Prohibited Behavior

You may not:

• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Post hate speech or discriminatory content
• Share illegal content or encourage illegal activity
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Share personal contact information (yours or others')
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform
• Scrape or copy content without permission
• Use Pathways for commercial purposes without authorization
• Post sexually explicit, violent, or exploitative content

6. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your account activity
• Keep your password confidential
• Notify us immediately if your account is compromised
• Follow the Community Guidelines

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All scenarios, designs, logos, and platform features are owned by SSDP International or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7.2 Your Content

When you post on forums or share content, you grant us a license to display, store, and distribute that content on Pathways. You retain ownership of your content and can delete it anytime.

7.3 User-Generated Scenarios

AI-generated scenarios you create may be used by us to improve the platform. Personal information will be removed from any shared examples.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Violate the Community Guidelines
• Pose a risk to other users
• Engage in illegal activity

We will notify you unless doing so would compromise safety or legal obligations.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Important: Pathways is provided "as is" without warranties.

• We do not guarantee the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Information is educational and not professional advice
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on platform content
• Individual circumstances vary—always seek professional help when needed

Pathways is not an emergency service.
